Product structural characteristics

The V-type ball valve is a type of angular-travel rotary regulating ball valve, consisting of a V-type ball valve, an actuator and other accessories. It is powered by compressed air, and the valve stem drives the ball to rotate 90 degrees within the valve body, achieving full opening and full closing actions. The V-shaped opening on the valve core and the valve seat have a shearing effect, providing excellent regulating and cutting performance. This valve is mainly used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, papermaking, metallurgy, sewage treatment, and oil tanker transportation. It is used for regulating and cutting control of various liquids, gases, and slurry-like media, and is particularly suitable for controlling high-viscosity, fiber-containing, and particle-containing media.
The sealing types of V-type ball valves include soft seal and hard seal. The actuators can be pneumatic or electric, and are equipped with accessories such as positioners and solenoid valves, enabling proportional regulation.
