The pneumatic stainless steel fixed ball valve can be equipped with a valve positioner for input control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC). With air supply, it can control the operation. This pneumatic ball valve can also be equipped with travel limit switches, solenoid valves, three-way valves and 0.4-0.7MPa air supply to achieve on-off operation and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's opening and closing. It is widely used in the automation control systems of industrial sectors such as papermaking, petrochemicals, chemicals, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, petroleum, and light industry.

Structural Characteristics

1. Low fluid resistance. The ball valve is one of the valve types with the lowest fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced-diameter ball valve has relatively low fluid resistance. 
2. The thrust bearing reduces the frictional torque of the valve stem, enabling the valve stem to operate smoothly and flexibly for an extended period. 
3. The valve seat has excellent sealing performance. It is equipped with sealing rings made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene. The structure is easy to achieve sealing, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases as the medium pressure rises. 
4. The valve stem has a reliable seal. Since the valve stem only undergoes rotational movement and not vertical movement, the packing seal of the valve stem is less likely to be damaged, and its sealing capacity increases as the pressure of the medium increases. 
5. Due to the excellent self-lubricating properties of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, there is little frictional loss between the ball and the valve body, thus prolonging the service life of the ball valve. 
6. The lower-mounted valve stem and the raised step at the stem head prevent the valve stem from spilling out. In case the valve stem seal is damaged due to a fire, the raised step can still form a metal contact with the valve body, ensuring the valve stem seal. 
7. Anti-static function: Springs are installed between the sphere, the valve stem, and the valve body, which can discharge the static electricity generated during the switching process.
