Product Overview

The upper body eccentric hemispherical valve adopts the eccentric structure principle and achieves the purposes of gate tightening, adjustment and closing through the transmission mechanism. The double eccentric structure ball valve has the ball body hidden in the valve chamber when it is opened, with a large flow cross-section. When it is closed, the valve core spherical surface gradually moves along the valve seat, having a shearing function, effectively removing the obstruction caused by scale deposits and achieving reliable sealing. It is suitable for applications such as sewage treatment, pulp, alumina, urban heating and supply, oil products, natural gas, two-phase mixtures of liquid and solid or media prone to chemical crystallization.


Product features

1. The sealing is extremely tight, and the leakage of harmful gases can be reduced to zero during transportation. 
2. The hemisphere of the valve is made of bimetallic material. Different alloys are deposited on the base metal, and the valve seat is also subjected to corresponding welding and undergoes special treatment to meet the requirements of various applications. 
3. The valve core of the sealing pair is provided with a compensation amount. When the valve wears out, a slight rotation can be made when closing, ensuring a reliable seal and prolonging the service life. 
4. Its structure adopts the eccentric compression principle and achieves the functions of locking, adjustment and closing through the transmission mechanism.
