1. More reasonable structural design: 
The principle of eccentric compression is adopted to achieve the purposes of locking, adjustment and closing through the transmission mechanism. The sealing pair is a metal face ring with a hard surface contact seal. The double eccentric structure positions the valve core in the recessed ball chamber when it is opened. The flow cross-section is large and the water head loss is zero, which can save a lot of resources. Moreover, the valve is not eroded and the valve core is not eroded when it is closed. When opening, the spherical surface of the valve core gradually advances along the valve seat, effectively removing the obstruction caused by scale deposition and achieving reliable sealing. It is particularly effective for the mixed flow transportation of two-phase mixtures prone to scale deposition and solid precipitation. 
2. Lower pressure loss: 
When fully open, the water loss is zero and the flow channel is completely unobstructed; the inner cavity automatically cleans, the valve core rotates 90 degrees, automatically flushing the inner cavity of the valve body, cleaning the impurities in the medium and preventing the medium from depositing in the valve chamber. The ball is hemispherical in shape, and the flow has a high Cv value, enhancing the system efficiency of the pump and reducing the degree of erosion. 
3. Superior sealing guarantee: 
By utilizing the principle of eccentricity, when under positive pressure, the ball and the valve seat become tighter and tighter, achieving a good seal; when under reverse pressure, the floating valve seat, under the pressure effect, automatically pushes the ball closer, and the higher the pressure, the tighter the valve seat becomes towards the ball, thereby achieving a good automatic sealing function. 
4. Longer service life: 
After the ball valve is opened, the ball cap is positioned inside the valve body and is not directly washed by the medium. The valve core of the sealing pair has a compensation amount. When the valve seat is worn (the hardness of the valve seat is lower than that of the valve core), after closing, a slight rotation can still ensure a reliable seal and extend the service life. 
5. Easier maintenance: 
It has an automatic cleaning function. Self-cleaning function. When the sphere is lifted away from the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes uniformly along the sealing surface of the sphere for 360 degrees. This not only eliminates the local erosion of the valve seat by the high-speed fluid, but also removes the accumulated substances on the sealing surface. The edge of the spherical cap of the hard-sealed eccentric hemisphere valve is in the shape of a blade, which can not only remove the dirt on the valve seat, but also cut off the debris, achieving the purpose of self-cleaning.
