Product Overview
The pneumatic three-way flange ball valve is a three-channel rotary ball valve used for splitting, merging and reversing the flow direction of the medium. Any pipe can be used as the inlet or outlet. There are two types: pneumatic three-way L-type ball valve and pneumatic three-way T-type ball valve, which can meet different operating process requirements. The pneumatic three-way L-type ball valve cuts off two of the three pipes, while the pneumatic three-way T-type ball valve realizes the merging and splitting of the three connected pipes. The pneumatic three-way flange ball valve is matched with an electrical valve positioner. By inputting a 4-20mADC signal and 0.4-0.7MPa air source, it can control the operation and achieve the regulation of parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level. It is also equipped with a travel limit switch, an electromagnetic valve, a pressure reducing valve, and 0.4-0.7MPa air source to realize the on-off operation and send out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's on-off status. It is widely used in industrial fields such as chemical engineering, petroleum, light industry, power, food and pharmaceuticals, refrigeration, aviation, aerospace, papermaking, etc.
Product features
1. The fluid resistance is low, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of a pipe section of the same length.
2. Simple structure, small size, and light weight.
3. Compact and reliable. Currently, the sealing surface materials of ball valves are mostly made of plastics, which have excellent sealing performance and have been widely used in vacuum systems as well.
4. The operation is convenient, with quick opening and closing. From fully open to fully closed, it only requires a 90° rotation, making it easy to control from a distance.
5. Easy to maintain. The ball valve has a simple structure and the sealing rings are usually movable. Therefore, disassembly and replacement are quite convenient.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the sphere and the valve seat are isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, it will not cause erosion to the sealing surfaces of the pneumatic three-way ball valve.
7. Wide application range, with pipe diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters. It can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.
