Product Overview
The intelligent explosion-proof electric ball valve is composed of an angle-travel explosion-proof electric actuator and a ball valve body. It is made up of the electronic angle-travel electric actuator 3810 or the HQ series and the ball valve regulating mechanism. This valve has the characteristics of simple structure, rapid switching, large flow capacity, and zero leakage. It is suitable for occasions with high viscosity, fibers, and solid particles. The explosion-proof electric ball valve is widely used in the industrial automation fields such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, and light industry for cutting off or circulating the medium in gas and liquid transportation pipelines. The actuator adopts an integrated design. With a 220V power input, it can directly perform on-off regulation. It can also be equipped with a servo module, and with the input of control signals (4-20mA DC or 1-5VDC) and single-phase power supply, it can control the operation. It is usually used in occasions with strict sealing requirements. Besides controlling gases, liquids, and steam media, it is also suitable for controlling sewage and media containing fibrous impurities. It is widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, light industry, papermaking, power stations, refrigeration, etc.
Main features
1. It is applicable to the scenarios of two-way cutting and adjustment.
2. It can achieve the cutting off and circulation of the media within transportation pipelines such as those for petroleum, chemicals, papermaking, metallurgy, sewage treatment, and oil tankers.
3. Excellent sealing performance, large flow capacity, convenient loading and unloading as well as maintenance, low flow resistance, reliable sealing, and even the ability to cut off.
4. Small in size, light in weight, with high thrust, powerful functions, built-in servo amplifier, easy to operate, and high reliability.
5. The flow direction can be freely adjusted, with a wide range of adjustable possibilities. It can be used in high-pressure and large-diameter scenarios, and is capable of controlling high-viscosity media containing fibers and fine particles.
6. It adopts a direct connection method. The electric actuator is equipped with a built-in servo system, and no separate servo amplifier is required. The input and output signals of 4-20mA and 3800VAC power supply can control the operation. It has the advantages of simple wiring, compact structure, and stable and reliable operation.
