Product structural characteristics

The overall welded assembly will not have any external leakage or other problems. It is particularly suitable for buried pipeline conditions in long-distance transmission and for situations with strict requirements for preventing external leakage. It is widely used in various pipeline equipment such as urban gas, urban heating, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating stations, power plants, etc.

Its main structural features are:

1. Low flow resistance; 
2. Piston seat, fireproof and safe design, anti-static feature; 
3. There are no restrictions on the direction of flow; 
4. When the valve is in the fully open position, the valve seat surface is exposed to the external water flow, which always comes into complete contact with the gate plate. This design can protect the valve seat surface and is suitable for pigging operations. 
5. Spring-type packing is available as an option; 
6. Low-emission fillers can be selected in accordance with the requirements of ISO 15848; 
7. The expansion design can be selected as follows; 
8. Metal-on-metal seat design is available as an option. 
9. DBB, DIB-1, and DIB-2 structures are optional; 
10. The ball is fixed with a support plate and a fixing shaft; 
11. You can choose either single-welding or double-welding design.
