Product structural characteristics

1. The wide-angle valve seat design avoids excessive compression of the valve seat and valve disc seals, thereby preventing wear and deformation. 
2. The eccentric design prevents the wear of the sealing connection surface, ensuring the integrity of the seal and extending its long service life. 
3. Employ elastic metal sealing rings to ensure airtight sealing. 
The valve disc, with its 360-degree circular edge sealing contour design, ensures the flow rate and the corresponding percentage control. 
5. TFE (450 degrees Fahrenheit) and graphite (900 degrees Fahrenheit) are used as adjustable flange gasket sealing packing to prevent uneven distribution of the sealing packing. 
6. The self-adjusting heart valve design regulates the temperature and heat circulation, ensuring that the valve flap does not become too tight. The force-protecting ring prevents hard substances from coming into contact with the stressed surface, thereby reducing maintenance costs. 
7. The anti-burst valve shaft design complies with API 609 standards, enhancing the safety of operators.
