Product structural characteristics

The pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve is designed with a mid-line butterfly plate. It features low resistance, high flow rate and easy operation. It is commonly used in dust-containing systems in industries such as chemical engineering, building materials, and power stations, as well as in cold or hot air gas pipelines, serving as a device for regulating flow or cutting off gas media.

Its main structural features are

1. The 90-degree rotation can be initiated quickly, meeting the requirement for rapid closure.
2. Externally-mounted bearing structure, preventing the internal medium of the pipeline from entering the bearing.
3. The large-diameter part uses rolling bearings, which results in low friction and small torque.
