Product Overview
The pneumatic high-performance butterfly valve features a product structure with a floating valve seat design. It automatically adjusts the seat position according to the direction of the pressure source, achieving a double-sided pressure-sealing effect of the valve and extending the service life of the valve seat. The valve shaft is specially designed with dust-proof features to prevent fluid from entering the valve shaft and causing the valve shaft to get stuck. It can be selected with different materials and performance according to different working conditions. The valve seat is made of PTFE, RTFE, PEEK, METAL, etc. The pneumatic high-performance butterfly valve is suitable for working conditions in petrochemical, refining, air separation, CDA, etc.
This valve is widely used for the transportation of liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines. It can also be used for special media such as oxygen, high vacuum, anti-sulfur or corrosive media. The product can also have a fireproof structure as an option. The connection method can be either flanged or the lug-type single flange design suitable for large pipe diameters and the end of the pipeline.
