Product Overview

The thermal-static free-floating ball type steam trap (CS41H model) operates by utilizing the temperature difference between steam and condensate water to cause the deformation or expansion of the sensing element, thereby driving the valve core to open or close the valve. The overcooling degree of the thermal-static type trap is relatively large, typically ranging from 15℃ to 40℃. It can utilize a portion of the sensible heat in the condensate water, ensuring that there is always hot condensate water at the valve inlet and no steam leakage. It is used as a steam trap in steam pipelines, heating lines, small heating equipment, heating equipment for heating purposes, and small heating equipment with low temperature requirements. It is widely used in heating equipment systems of industrial and mining enterprises in fields such as chemical industry, petroleum, light industry, papermaking, etc.

1. It can continuously drain water, has stable performance, large drainage capacity, and low leakage volume.
