Product Overview

The main operating component of the thermal-static diaphragm type steam trap (CS46H model) is a metal diaphragm. It is filled with a liquid whose vaporization temperature is lower than the saturation temperature of water. There are two options available: one with an opening temperature lower than the saturation temperature by 15℃ and the other by 30℃. The diaphragm type trap responds very sensitively, is not afraid of freezing, has a small volume, is resistant to overheating, and can be installed at any position. The back pressure ratio is greater than 80%, capable of discharging non-condensable gases. The diaphragm is sturdy, has a long service life, is easy to maintain, and has a wide range of applications. It is the ideal choice for heating steam main pipelines, heating pipelines, dryers, and industrial heating steam equipment systems.
