Product Overview

The bell-shaped float type steam trap (CS45H type) is used in steam main pipes, branch steam cylinders, heat exchangers, vulcanizing machines, hot air drying machines, cylindrical drying machines, distillers, concentration devices, etc. The small and lightweight ES5 type is suitable for air conditioners, washing machines, dyeing machines, etc. The fully stainless steel ESU5 type is for the food industry, steam-using equipment. This valve is mainly applied in fields such as chemical industry, petrochemical industry, petroleum industry, papermaking, mining, power industry, liquefied gas industry, food industry, water supply and drainage, municipal facilities, mechanical equipment matching, electronic industry, urban construction, etc.


Features and Performance

1. It has a strong adaptability to the amount of condensate water and can be discharged intermittently or continuously.
2. The SCCV system is designed reasonably and can compensate for the mechanical errors caused by the lever, avoiding rigid collisions during closure.
3. The internal parts are made of stainless steel and are installed on the valve cover, making maintenance and servicing convenient.
4. The back pressure rate is high.
5. The steam-water separation is reliable (the water vapor enters from the lower part of the valve through the U-shaped channel), and the valve is in a water-sealed state, preventing steam leakage.
6. The inverted cone-shaped float is resistant to water impact. The bucket is equipped with an overflow exhaust hole to prevent steam lock and air blockage phenomena (non-condensable high-temperature air can also be discharged).
