Product structural characteristics

The knife-type gate valve is a direct-acting on-off and shut-off valve. It has an attractive appearance, is lightweight, and has a compact structure. It can be controlled manually or pneumatically. The knife-shaped gate plate of the knife-type gate valve has a strong shearing force, and is therefore very suitable for industrial processes involving particles or fibers such as papermaking, wastewater treatment, mining, sugar production, and chemical fiber manufacturing.

Its main structural features are

1. The knife-type gate valve adopts an integral structure, with an ultra-thin valve body and full-diameter flow capacity. This design significantly reduces the leakage of the medium and the loss of flow, and is also very convenient for installation and use. 
2. At the bottom of the valve body flow channel, fixed guiding claws are used to fix the gate plate, replacing the groove design. This avoids the accumulation of medium during valve closure, thereby preventing the occurrence of clogging. 
3. The bottom of the gate plate is designed with a knife-shaped arc shape. Therefore, when the gate plate moves, it has a strong shearing effect on the medium and an excellent sealing performance. 
4. The replaceable valve seat design uses the valve seat cover to fix and pre-tighten the valve seat. If the sealing surface of the valve seat is not tight, the sealing effect can be improved by adjusting the fixing screws of the valve seat cover. 
5. The dual-bearing design significantly reduces the torque of the valve, making it easier to open and close.
