Product Overview

The pneumatic manual wedge gate valve is a low-profile exposed stem gate valve equipped with a pneumatic actuator (double-layer cylinder, with a buffer mechanism) and a manual control mechanism (manual and self-locking pneumatic-manual conversion device). Due to its double-layer cylinder structure, this valve has twice the lifting force compared to a single-cylinder pneumatic gate valve. This fundamentally solves the problem of some single-cylinder pneumatic gate valves where the wedge in the valve body gets stuck and cannot be opened. Moreover, because this valve has a buffer mechanism, it can effectively slow down and reduce the wear on the valve plate sealing surface and the valve body sealing surface caused by the downward impact of the piston when closing the valve. At the same time, it can also avoid the phenomenon of the gate plate getting stuck.
Due to its advanced technology, reliable performance, and convenient operation and maintenance, it has been widely used as a pipeline opening and closing device for transporting gas and liquid media in departments such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, and shipping.
