Product Overview

The standard gas filter is an important equipment in the gas distribution system. During the gas transmission process, in order to ensure the normal operation of gas distribution equipment and instruments (such as pressure regulators, valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, etc.), a filter with the required filtration accuracy must be installed in front of them to remove solid impurities from the gas. This filter has three structural forms: Z-type continuous type, Y-type cross type, and G-type corner type. This product can also be configured with quick-opening devices, differential pressure gauges, differential pressure sensors, safety valves, discharge valves, and sewage valves according to user requirements.

Product features

1. The material of the standard gas filter housing can be carbon steel or alloy steel, etc. When the medium contains corrosive substances such as sulfur, etc., anti-corrosion materials should be selected. This product is widely used in urban gas, biogas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, non-corrosive gas and air pipelines, and is applicable to various control devices, pressure regulators, flow meters and pipelines requiring high filtration accuracy. 
2. The standard type gas filter uses a stainless steel folded filter element as the core for filtration. It is installed in the gas pipeline to remove impurities within the pipeline and protect pressure regulating machines, valves, flow meters, and pressure meters on the pipeline. 
3. The standard type gas filter consists of a filter housing, a cylindrical stainless steel folded filter element, a differential pressure gauge, and a drain valve. The cylindrical stainless steel folded filter element has a precision of up to 1 micron. An emergency access cover can be optionally provided for easy opening of the cover, cleaning or replacement of the filter element.
