Product Overview
The brush-type fully automatic self-cleaning filter is suitable for various filtration applications. It can also be customized according to different needs in industrial applications, meeting requirements such as high temperature and high pressure. The filter body is made of stainless steel and other materials, and is equipped with high-performance stainless steel filters. The filter can be used in parallel to handle any large flow of water, and has been successfully applied in various industries including metallurgy, petrochemicals, power, municipal services, plastics, sugar production, air conditioning and heating, seawater desalination, papermaking, wastewater treatment, food, drinking water, and irrigation.
Working principle
The brush-type fully automatic self-cleaning filter is composed of the filter body, the filter screen, one or more (depending on the model configuration) flushing valves and the flushing controller. After water enters the filter, it first passes through the coarse filter screen, then enters the fine filtration chamber, where the fine filter screen retains impurities (as small as 2 μm). The water exiting the filter is clean water.
The contaminants accumulate on the fine filter screen, creating a pressure difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the filter. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value (such as 0.5 kgcm²), the self-cleaning cycle is initiated. The pressure sensor transmits a signal to the controller, which then activates the flushing valve, causing the pressure inside the hydraulic motor, the dirt collector, and the suction nozzle to equalize with the atmosphere. This creates a strong suction force to flush the contaminants on the opposite filter screen of the suction nozzle, which are then expelled through the flushing valve. As the flushing water passes through the hydraulic motor, it drives the dirt collector to rotate, allowing the suction nozzle to remove all the contaminants from the entire filter screen and clean them. Once the filter screen is fully cleaned, the controller closes the flushing valve, and the equipment automatically returns to the full filtration state. The entire flushing process takes only a few seconds, and the system continuously supplies water.
