Product Overview

The oxygen-specific filter is a special type of filter specially designed for the oxygen production pipeline. It consists of the filter itself, the diversion cone, and the filter network pipe. The water flow thrust mainly serves to divert the gas, thus avoiding the filter screen from being damaged due to the direct force from the front.

It is applicable to the production processes in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, chemical fibers, light industry, water treatment, and municipal engineering. It is used to filter out solid impurities from domestic water, industrial liquids, or gases. It is typically installed at the inlet of pumps, compressors, or before flow meters, pipeline valves, and pipeline equipment to prevent blockages and wear on the equipment and pipelines.

1. This product is suitable for filtering flammable, explosive and dusty gases in pipelines. 
2. This product is strictly cleaned and degreased with a degreasing process upon leaving the factory. Users can directly install it onto the pipeline and put it into operation. 
3. This product plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation and stable supply of oxygen for equipment. As a result, it has been widely adopted in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, and mechanical processing. 
4. The filter cartridge (inner tube) and outer cylinder of this product are aligned with the pipeline in a straight line. Therefore, the airflow can smoothly enter the filter cartridge without significant turbulence, and the pressure loss is less than 0.02 MPa.
