Product overview

This valve is installed at the pump outlet or in the water distribution pipeline to remove the air accumulated in the pipeline, so as to improve the efficiency of the pipeline and the water pump. Damaged by negative pressure. Mainly used in water supply system, fire protection, agricultural irrigation.

Features

1. Exquisite and advanced mechanical design, strong and durable floating ball, can prevent damage by sudden water hammer.

2. Before the water level rises to push the float ball to seal the large exhaust hole; even if the compressed air velocity reaches the speed of sound, the float ball can still stay at the bottom.

3. There is no support arm or lever to prevent vibration and falling off.

4. There is a stainless steel sleeve outside the floating ball to ensure that the floating ball slides in the set guide rail.

5. The rubber bumper at the bottom has the function of protecting the floating ball from collision when it descends. In the case of negative pressure, it can achieve rapid drainage and air suction functions through the well-designed and sufficient number of holes.

6. As an optional part, the upper filter screen has the function of safety protection and preventing insects or birds from entering.

7. The inside and outside of the valve are painted with epoxy resin, which can achieve a longer service life.

8. The manufacturing standard conforms to GJ/T 217, BS EN 1074-3 and AWWA C512.

9. Flange drilling and dimensions conform to GB/T 17241.6, BSEN 1092 and BS EN 558 and ANSI specifications.
