Product overview
The pipe force valve has the functions of preventing backflow, starting the pump under light load, reducing water hammer, automatic control and remote monitoring. Pump and pipe network equipment safety. This valve is an upgraded product of the multi-function water pump control valve. Its main functions and working principles are basically the same, but it is small in size, light in weight, low in resistance and low in energy consumption. It is especially suitable for manufacturing large-diameter valves. The larger the diameter, the more obvious the advantages. .
Working principle
1. Open the valve: when the water pump starts, the water at the inlet passes through the transition device, the stop valve, the high-pressure pipe, and enters the lower part of the diaphragm cylinder. Under the pressure of the water, the diaphragm is pushed to close and the small valve plate opens slowly. Under the push of hydraulic force, it opens at the same time with the small valve plate to complete the valve opening.
2. Closing the valve: When the pump is stopped, the flow rate in the valve decreases sharply, the large valve plate is quickly closed under the action of gravity, and 90% of the water flow is cut off. On the upper part of the cylinder, under the pressure of water, the diaphragm head is pushed down to drive the small valve plate to slowly close, and finally the closure is realized.
