Product Overview
The pneumatic fluorine-coated flanged butterfly valve is composed of a fluorine-sealed butterfly valve, an air actuator and a three-way assembly. The pneumatic fluorine-coated butterfly valve uses fully fluorine-coated (F3, F4, F46) polymer materials on the flow channel, butterfly plate and valve stem, and has excellent anti-corrosion properties. It is suitable for pipelines with corrosive substances or those with certain cleanliness requirements, such as alkali, reducing agent, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, organic acid, strong acid, concentrated acetic acid and other highly corrosive media. It is driven by compressed air and receives industrial signals to achieve the regulation and opening/closing of the butterfly valve through the cooperation with a positioner or an electromagnetic valve. It is used in food, medicine, chemical, petroleum, power, papermaking and other water supply and gas pipelines to regulate flow and cut off the medium.
