Product Overview
High differential pressure - high-performance angle type control valve is applied in situations where the medium has high viscosity, is prone to crystallization, contains suspended particles, and is connected at a 90-degree angle. Due to the absence of dead spaces in the angle-type valve body of the control valve, it is convenient for cleaning and maintenance, and is widely used. It can be installed with a single seat or a balanced sleeve valve disc. In some high differential pressure scenarios, multi-stage regulation can also be applied. Options include multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm mechanisms or electric actuators, etc.
Product features
1. This valve is of a right-angle rotary structure, consisting of a V-shaped valve body, an electric actuator, a positioner and other accessories. It has an inherent flow characteristic that is approximately proportional. It adopts a double-bearing structure, has a small starting torque, and possesses excellent sensitivity and response speed; it also has extremely strong shear capacity.
2. The pneumatic piston actuator uses compressed air as the power source. The movement of the piston drives the crank arm to rotate 90 degrees, thereby enabling the valve to automatically open and close. Its components include: adjusting bolt, actuator box, crank arm, cylinder body, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod, and universal joint.
3. Working Principle: The pneumatic control valve consists of an actuating mechanism and a regulating mechanism. The actuating mechanism is the driving component of the control valve, which generates corresponding thrust based on the pressure of the control signal, thereby driving the regulating mechanism to operate. The valve body is the regulating component of the pneumatic control valve, which directly comes into contact with the regulating medium and regulates the flow of this fluid.
