Product Overview
The electric high-pressure angle type regulating valve adopts a top-guided structure. It is composed of an angle-type regulating valve body combined with a 3810L type (or PSL series) linear electronic electric actuator. The actuator contains a servo function and accepts a unified 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC standard signal. It converts the current signal into the corresponding linear displacement, automatically controlling the opening degree of the electric angle-type regulating valve, and achieving continuous regulation of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level in the pipeline. It has the characteristics of sensitive operation, simple wiring, large flow rate, small size, and high regulation accuracy. The valve body is of a right-angle shape, the valve core is of a single-guided structure, the valve body flow path is simple, and the resistance is small. It is particularly suitable for the regulation of high-viscosity, suspended matter-containing, and particle-like medium fluids. It can avoid coking, blockage, and is also convenient for self-cleaning and water cleaning. Electric high-pressure angle type regulating valves are generally used in bottom-in and side-out situations, as this can ensure better stability in regulation.
Main purpose
The electric high-pressure angle regulating valve is a product developed specifically for regulating valves under harsh working conditions such as high pressure or high pressure difference, severe cavitation and erosion. It adopts a multi-stage throttling method to distribute the pressure difference, reducing cavitation, erosion, and flow distortion damage, thereby significantly increasing the service life of the regulating valve. In particular, when used in the urea system, its service life is 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary high-pressure valves.
