Product Overview

Pneumatic stop valves play an indispensable role in various industrial pipelines in modernization. They are composed of a piston-type pneumatic actuator and a stop valve. The design of the medium flow channel is low-in and high-out, which is a type of mandatory sealing valve. It uses Satell alloy for sealing and has excellent sealing performance and anti-wear characteristics. It is particularly suitable for various working conditions in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, and power. Powered by compressed air, it receives industrial signal instructions to complete the opening and closing of the valve.


Product features

1. It can be installed at any position of the pipeline. The design with the medium flowing in a low-in-high-out direction enhances the valve's sealing performance and provides sufficient strength. 
2. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made by welding iron-based alloys or Stellite (a type of cobalt-based hard alloy). They are highly wear-resistant, resistant to high temperatures, corrosion-resistant, and have excellent anti-abrasion properties, ensuring a long service life. 
3. The valve stem undergoes quenching and surface nitriding treatment, which results in excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. 
4. Various pipe flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet the needs of various projects and user requirements. 
5. The valve body material is of a wide variety. The packing and gaskets can be selected reasonably according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, and can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium conditions. 
6. The reverse-sealing is achieved by connecting the sealing seat or the main body through threaded connection and welding austenitic stainless steel. The sealing is reliable. The packing can be replaced without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast and does not affect the system operation.
